Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll only pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No, there's no lock-in period. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you choose yearly billing, you get a significant discount but can still cancel and get a prorated refund.
What happens to my listing if I cancel?
If you cancel a paid plan, your listing reverts to the Free plan features at the end of your billing period. Your business information remains intact.
