3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you may need to register an account using your mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your information updated. ADSDUNIA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Business Listings

Businesses may register and list their services on ADSDUNIA. By submitting a listing, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to list the business. ADSDUNIA reserves the right to remove or modify listings that contain inaccurate information, violate these terms, or are deemed inappropriate. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any business listing and are not responsible for transactions between users and listed businesses.

5. Reviews and Ratings

Users may submit reviews and ratings for businesses listed on the Platform. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experiences, and not contain defamatory, obscene, or illegal content. ADSDUNIA reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines. We do not verify the authenticity of all reviews and are not responsible for opinions expressed by users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on ADSDUNIA, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of ADSDUNIA or its content providers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission. User-submitted content remains the property of the user, but by submitting content, you grant ADSDUNIA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or businesses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Platform
• Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content in reviews

8. Limitation of Liability

ADSDUNIA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. ADSDUNIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

ADSDUNIA may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
